Tip for the day:

When your backing up a forklift make sure you look behind you really good. Even if you look a little, there might be a pick-up truck hidden back there. 

And if you don't see the truck, then you get to go for a drug test, get written up, get your fork lift license taken away for a half hour, yes only a half hour. The funny part is, I have the drug test this tuesday, and my last day at work is thursday. It takes two days for them to get the results back. So by the time the ship my sample  off to the lab and get the results, I will be on my way to school. I know its all technicalitys, but it just seems a waste of money, especially when the drug test was supposed to be done teh day of teh accident, not 6 days later. Oh well I will be on the clock during the test, so its all good.

Back from two weeks in the killer heat of Ironton Missouri with SERVE. First week was good, but that second week almost made me go crazy. Kids getting in fights, serve kids being put in head locks by chicago kids, sex rumures being passed around, newly formed couples running off on their own and "doing" things, and then almost a suicide. That almost sent me over the wall. All of this happened in the last 3 days. But sitting back now and looking at it, the devil was just working over time that week. We had 3 people that I know of accept Christ that week. That is one reason I do SERVE. And for all of the people that were down for serve the first week, the heat was nothing then, it got up to 115 Sunday - Tuesday.
